For decades, Goon has been deeply rooted in the real estate investment world. His journey began humbly, purchasing properties for his own portfolio, managing them with care, and personally overseeing every renovation and interior detail.

His sharp eye for opportunities and ability to transform spaces into sought-after assets soon attracted friends and family, who began seeking his guidance. Over time, he expanded from personal investments to advising others, managing properties, and curating interiors that elevated both value and lifestyle.

As Malaysia’s real estate market flourished, Goon gained extensive hands-on experience across construction, design, market trends, and client needs. Armed with this proven success and a deep understanding of how great properties are created, he founded GET Builders Prospect Sdn. Bhd.—extending his expertise to a wider clientele with bespoke construction and development services.

Over two decades of property investment and development success, delivering luxury residences, premium renovations, and high-value commercial projects with exceptional returns and client satisfaction.

Ruben Lee

Director

A graduate of Taylor’s University Lakeside with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, Ruben brings technical precision and a results-driven approach to every project. With experience spanning design, construction, and project management, he is known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial spaces with both efficiency and style.

He began his career as a Project Coordinator, managing full project lifecycles from costing to completion on luxury residences and extensions in developments such as Sierramas and Tropicana Grande. In 2023, Ruben advanced to Business Development Director at Fotech SWG Sdn. Bhd., where he led commercial projects for international brands including Charles & Keith, Pedro, Garrett Popcorn, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Chicco, while also driving the company’s expansion into Singapore and Indonesia.

Now at GET Builders Prospect Sdn. Bhd., Ruben combines his quantity surveying expertise, design sensibility, and regional commercial experience to deliver bespoke construction and renovation solutions of exceptional quality.

Professional Experience:

Delivered luxury residential and high-profile commercial projects across Malaysia, including Sunway Mont, Sierramas, Tropicana Grande, and multiple Chicco outlets while managing the entire process from cost planning to final handover.
