Goon Ee Tze
With extensive experience in real estate investment, property development and construction, Goon Ee Tze is the Founder and Managing Director of GET Builders Prospect Sdn. Bhd. His experience spans property investment, development, construction, renovation and asset enhancement, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the property lifecycle from investment and concept planning through construction, completion and value creation.
Having built his foundation through hands-on property investment and development, Goon brings a strong owner’s and investor’s perspective to construction—balancing design quality, commercial viability, cost discipline and long-term asset value. His experience across residential and commercial properties has shaped a practical and results-driven approach to delivering projects that respond to both client expectations and investment objectives.
As Managing Director, he provides the strategic direction and leadership of GET Builders Prospect, overseeing business growth, project development and key commercial decisions. Under his leadership, the Company has developed into a CIDB Grade G7 contractor, providing integrated construction, renovation, fit-out and project management solutions with a strong focus on quality, accountability and disciplined execution.
Han Wang Liew
With over 12 years of construction and project management experience, Han Wang Liew leads GET Builders Prospect’s Construction Division, bringing extensive experience across high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, aviation, infrastructure and landed developments. His career progression from Quantity Surveyor to Project Director has built a strong foundation in both the commercial and operational aspects of construction delivery.
His project experience spans high-rise developments of up to 46 storeys, major institutional campuses, airport expansion and railway civil works. He has managed projects across the full delivery lifecycle, covering pre-construction planning, programme and cost control, procurement, contract administration, consultant and authority coordination, risk management, QA/QC, safety, testing, commissioning and handover.
As Director (Construction), he provides leadership across project governance, construction operations and delivery performance, driving disciplined execution and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards of quality, time and cost control.
Professional Qualifications & Memberships: CIDB Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) – Level 6; Certified Member, Association of Construction Project Managers Malaysia (ACPM)
Enho Lim
Enho Lim brings extensive legal experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, construction and engineering law, with a strong track record advising and representing developers, main contractors, subcontractors, listed and private companies, multinational corporations and government-linked entities.
His construction law expertise spans CIDB compliance, construction contract management, payment disputes, delay and variation claims, contract termination, dispute resolution and litigation. He has also handled matters under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), including adjudication proceedings and enforcement actions, providing valuable insight into the protection of contractual rights and project cash flow.
As In-House Legal Counsel, Enho supports GET Builders Prospect in contractual risk management, dispute prevention and legal strategy, helping the Group identify potential legal and commercial exposures early and strengthening contractual protection throughout the project lifecycle.
Grace Lim
Grace Lim brings extensive experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, construction and property-related legal matters, supporting businesses across construction, renovation, property development and commercial operations.
Her experience spans the full lifecycle of property and development matters, from acquisition and commercial structuring through development, construction, completion and disposal. She advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial arrangements and contractual risk, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and development agreements, PAM sub-contract agreements, CIDB standard forms of contract and other project-related documentation.
As In-House Legal Counsel, Grace supports GET Builders Prospect in strengthening corporate governance, contractual frameworks, regulatory compliance and transaction structuring, ensuring the Group’s legal arrangements remain aligned with its operational requirements, commercial objectives and long-term growth.
